PTM&W’s PT1105 is a white room temperature epoxy surface coat resin designed for various tooling applications. This epoxy features a smooth and creamy mixed viscosity for easy application and a pot life of approximately 18 to 20 minutes when mixed with the appropriate hardener. It cures quickly, allowing for sanding or filing within 10 to 12 hours.
